Game Rules & Wagering Terms at VegaStar Casino

These Betting Rules govern all real-money play at VegaStar Casino — slots, live casino, table games, fishing, bingo, the Color Game corner and the sportsbook. VegaStar is operated under the Tobique Gaming Commission (licence 0000020). The Rules sit beneath our Terms and Conditions: where a Rule conflicts with the T&C, the T&C prevails. Game-specific provider rules sit on top of these Rules.

1. General Provisions

Hierarchy: game-specific or sport-specific rules > these general Betting Rules > the Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to amend any rule at any time; the effective date appears at the top of this page, and material changes are notified via in-account banner at least 30 days before they take effect.

2. Account Eligibility for Betting

You must be 21+ for PAGCOR-domestic Philippine operation (or 18+ if VegaStar holds an offshore licence). You must not be an employee of Vegastars (operated by Neptune Projects S.R.L., Costa Rica) or a member of an employee’s immediate family. You must not be a resident of a restricted jurisdiction listed in the Terms. KYC must be complete for withdrawals; until KYC clears, deposits and play are permitted but withdrawals are held.

3. Bet Placement & Acceptance

A bet is binding only when our server returns a bet receipt with a unique transaction ID. Network errors before the receipt is returned do not place a bet — the stake is not deducted, the bet is not recorded. We may refuse any bet at our discretion; in such cases the stake is returned and the player is notified in the bet history. Bet acceptance does not validate the bet against later regulator rulings or palpable errors covered by Section 10 below.

Section A — Casino Game Rules

This Section covers slots, table games, live dealer, fishing, bingo and the Color Game corner offered through 50+ providers including JILI, PG Soft, JDB, KA Gaming, FaChai, Booongo, WM Casino, Evolution Gaming, SA Gaming and Pragmatic Play.

4. Slots & Instant Games

Each slot operates under its provider’s rules and published RTP (typically 94–97%). Bets are valid once the spin animation begins. Free spins triggered inside a game (provider-side) settle on the same bet line as the triggering spin. Autoplay is supported on most titles with optional loss-limit and win-limit stops. Malfunction voids all pays and plays — a verified game malfunction reverses the affected round; the stake is returned and any winnings from the malfunctioning round are forfeit. JILI / PG Soft / FaChai Specifics

PH-favourite providers JILI, PG Soft and FaChai operate under their own published rules; we apply them in full. Color Game Rules (Philippine Tradition)

Color Game derives from the Philippine Perya (carnival). Three dice show six possible colours; players bet on one or more colours. The number of dice showing the chosen colour determines the payout (1× for one die, 2× for two, 3× for three). Each round is independent; settlement is immediate; the published RTP applies over the long run.

5. Table Games

Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat, Dragon Tiger (PH-favourite), Sic Bo, Casino Hold’em and other RNG table games run under standard provider house rules. Roulette: single-zero (European) and double-zero (American) variants both available; the relevant rule sheet is in each table’s info panel. Blackjack: dealer stands on soft 17 unless otherwise noted at the table; insurance pays 2:1; surrender available where the table description states so. Baccarat: standard punto-banco with commission as displayed.

6. Live Dealer Games

Live casino is supplied by Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, DG and WM Casino. Streaming integrity is the provider’s responsibility; round outcomes are captured server-side. Disconnect rule: if the player disconnects after the dealer action that determines the outcome is complete, the bet stands and any winnings credit on reconnect; if the player disconnects before the dealer action is complete, the bet is refunded. Side bets follow the same rule.

7. Fishing & Bingo Games

Fishing games (JILI Fishing King, Mega Fishing, Bombing Fishing, Royal Fishing) deduct ammo per shot; bet validity is the moment ammo leaves the cannon. Jackpot prizes are disclosed in each title’s info panel. Bingo rooms run on standard card rules with provider-specific number-call mechanics — refer to the in-room rule sheet.

8. Bonus & Wagering Interaction

Maximum bet during bonus wagering is ₱300 per spin or per round. Exceeding the cap voids the bonus and any winnings derived from it. Game contributions toward wagering: Slots 100%, Live Casino 5–10%, Table Games 10–20%, Sports 0%, Bingo 50%. Section B — Sportsbook Rules

This Section covers all sportsbook markets including PBA, NBA, MLBB, Dota 2, CS:GO, Valorant, boxing, MMA, soccer, tennis and PH collegiate (UAAP, NCAA, MPBL).

9. Bet Types

We accept single, accumulator (parlay), system (combinations such as Trixie, Yankee, Lucky 15), live/in-play, and prop bets. Each bet type carries its own settlement rules detailed at the bet slip. Accumulators settle on all legs winning; one losing leg loses the accumulator. System bets pay multiple sub-accumulators within the chosen system. Live bets reflect odds at the moment of acceptance, not at the moment of placement attempt.

10. Settlement Rules — General

Void bets are returned at the original stake. Cancelled events void the bet. Postponed events are held for 24 hours from the original start; if the event has not started within 24 hours, bets are void. Dead heat (multiple winners on a market with no tie-break) splits the payout proportionally. Palpable error — an obvious pricing error, such as a decimal misplaced or a wrong team listed — entitles us to void the bet or settle at the corrected odds. Worked example: a tennis line offered at 50.00 when the corrected price was 1.50 is a palpable error; the bet may be voided or re-settled at 1.50.

11. Basketball Rules (NBA + PBA + UAAP + NCAA + MPBL)

NBA: a game must reach 43 minutes played for bets to stand; below that, bets are void. PBA, UAAP, NCAA, MPBL, WNBA: a game must reach 35 minutes played for bets to stand. Overtime: full-game markets include overtime; quarter and half markets do not. Player props: void if the player does not enter the game (DNP); stand if the player has played one or more minutes when the prop event is determined. Voided bets refund the stake; any accumulator leg referenced to a voided event becomes a non-running leg in the accumulator.

12. Esports Rules

Dota 2 (Valve): Bo3/Bo5 — settlement on series winner; pause/forfeit handled per Valve tournament rule set. MLBB (MOONTON — PH priority): match-length and series-win settlement per MOONTON official tournament rules. CS:GO (Valve): round-by-round outcomes; overtime included unless the market explicitly excludes it. Valorant (Riot Games): map-win settlement per Riot tournament rules. Forfeits, walkovers and bracket changes settle on the official tournament organiser ruling.

13. Boxing & MMA

Boxing: a bout that does not take place within 48 hours of the original scheduled date is voided. PH-priority bouts include the Pacquiao legacy contests, Jerwin Ancajas, Nonito Donaire and PH-rostered UFC fighters. MMA: same 48-hour rule. Method-of-victory markets (KO/TKO/decision/submission) settle on the official judges’ decision.

14. Soccer, Tennis & Other Sports

Soccer: 90 minutes of regulation play (plus injury time) for match-result markets; extra time and penalties only count in markets that explicitly include them. Tennis: best-of-three sets in regular tour events, best-of-five in men’s Grand Slams. Walkovers void all bets on the matchup. Other sports follow the headline rule of the relevant governing body — refer to the in-bet info panel.

15. Sabong (Cockfighting) — Disclosure

Vegastars does not currently offer Sabong (cockfighting) betting. If Sabong is not offered: VegaStar does not offer Sabong betting. Sabong is regulated by PAGCOR within the Philippines on a domestic basis only; if you wish to place Sabong wagers, use PAGCOR-licensed Sabong operators.

16. Live Betting — How It Works

Live (in-play) odds update in real time as events unfold. Network latency between the player’s device and our server is typically 200–2,000 milliseconds; bets placed at stale odds are rejected automatically if the odds have shifted by more than 5% or the event status has changed (goal scored, point won, round ended). Rejected live bets refund the stake automatically.

17. Cash Out / Early Settlement

Where the Cash Out button is displayed on a bet, you may settle the bet early at the displayed value. Cash Out value reflects current market odds and accumulator leg progress. Cash Out is not available on every market: typical exclusions include handicap markets after the 4th quarter has begun, and multi-event accumulators with more than three live legs still running. We do not guarantee Cash Out availability on any specific bet.

18. Maximum Payouts

Casino: provider-specified maximum (typically 5,000–10,000× stake). Sportsbook: maximum single-bet payout ₱500,000; maximum payout per event ₱1,000,000; maximum accumulator payout ₱2,000,000. Where a single market would generate a payout above the relevant cap, the payout is reduced to the cap.

19. Bonus Abuse & Multi-Accounting

Prohibited: multi-accounting (one player per household per payment method), bot or script use, chip dumping, matched-betting patterns on the sportsbook, low-risk arbitrage, deposit-withdraw cycling without play, and VPN / TOR / proxy access. Detection leads to bonus forfeiture, account review and — for serious or repeated breaches — closure with loss of any bonus-derived winnings. Original deposit balances are returned subject to AML clearance.

20. Dispute Resolution

Three-step path. Tier 1: contact VegaStar support (chat or email) within 48 hours of the disputed event. Tier 2: if unresolved, escalate to AskGamblers or Casino.Guru ADR within 14 days. Tier 3: if still unresolved, file with the Tobique Gaming Commission within 30 days. Cross-link to /contacts/ for full escalation contacts.
